I became a Realtor in early 2006. The market was starting to crash. Somehow I survived my "trial by fire" and even tasted some early on success. I gained invaluable insights and a toughness during these first few years. Now, after 18 years, I've experienced it all. I've worked in all of the major cities in our Kansas City area and even hours outside of the Metropolis. I've also worked in just about every price range and on every type of property...Single Family, Townhouses, Condos, Lake Homes, Homes w/ Land, Rural Homes, classic Suburban Homes, Short Sales, Relocations, Renovation Projects, Million Dollar giants and even some small older Homes under $100k. I've also teamed up with clients from all types of backgrounds, beliefs and upbringings. I wouldn't trade any of this hands on experience for any class or lecture on Real Estate offered in any school. I now look forward to putting all of this "know how" to work for you!!
